Workshop Description

If you're a beginner ballerina looking for confidence, clarity and community, come heal your inner child and learn from some of New York's warmest teachers in a gorgeous, sunny studio overlooking the Manhattan Skyline. This weekend ballet intensive for adult beginners will help skyrocket your dancing success by giving you the step-by-step guide that random drop in classes simply can't. 
 - 🩰 IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL: • learn the ballet foundations FROM SCRATCH (we never say things like "you should already know this by now" and asking questions is encouraged) 
 • discover the little details that help your dancing stand out, but often aren't addressed in larger classes
 • stop worrying about why your arms feel like limp noodles, your fingers look scary, and your turn out is turned in 
 • learn common mistakes that adult beginners make about turn out, flexibility & more to avoid unnecessary injuries down the road & dance for years to come 
 • join New York's incredibly warm & welcoming adult ballet club & leave with new likeminded friends
