Do you have a secret Pinterest board full of pictures of your fantasy life? Do you love setting goals every January but struggle to follow through on them? Is one of your biggest (and maybe scariest?) goals to start ballet this year? Welcome to your DREAM workshop. Start 2025 off right with a party like no other! Come achieve one of your biggest goals with a basic, beginner friendly and SHAME-FREE ballet class to get your creative juices flowing. Then join your new adult ballerina friends in making vision boards to get clear on your goals for the year ahead. If you've pushed off your dreams of starting or restarting ballet as an adult for years because it felt too intimidating, this is your chance! No matter your experience level, you'll be more than welcome in this totally shame-free environment designed specifically for adult beginners. Not only will you join a community of likeminded dancers who can help keep you accountable, you'll prove to yourself how capable of achieving your goals you really are. And then... who knows what other dreams you'll turn into a reality this year too. ;) - 🩰 IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL: • Explore basic ballet technique lead by the incredible Kelsey Sheppard, all in a shame-free space • Make friends with other adult ballerinas & build a community of likeminded dancers • Create a vision board to get clear on your goals for the year ahead! This experience will be PERFECT for you if you're: • a beginner ballet dancer looking to improve your technique • a content creator hoping to document your ballet journey • a "late starter" longing for the chance to "perform" • a free spirited dancer wants to try something new & have fun! ⛔ WHO THIS IS NOT FOR: This workshop is 1000% not suitable for you if: • you're judgemental, hyper-critical of others or close minded. We're all about having fun here - ❓ FAQs: "Can I come even if I'm not an adult beginner?" Of course! You're always welcome to come just for the good vibes and new friends! "Will I have to dance solo?" You will ALWAYS dance in a group, never alone "What do I wear?" Please wear soft ballet slippers, not pointe shoes. Other than that, wear whatever you want!
